Shipping Policy

At Everleigh Store, we aim to process and ship all orders within 5 business days of receiving your order.

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking information where available.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, with tags attached where applicable.

• Proof of purchase or order details may be required.

• Products that are damaged due to customer misuse may not be eligible for return.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the eligible refund or replacement.
